Raquel is immediately likeable. She smilingly puts one at east. I liked the way she very gently corrected my bad grammer and poor pronunciation. Her patience and encouraging attitude make every class enjoyable (yes, even those overflowing with grammar!), and she has a wonderful way of including everyone, no matter their level.
