Raquel has been a remarkable Spanish teacher. Her patience and encouraging attitude make every class enjoyable (yes, even those overflowing with grammar!), and she has a wonderful way of including everyone, no matter their level. What I’ve appreciated most is her versatility — she often reads the mood or picks up on something that comes up in class and adjusts her approach on that day to great effect. I’ve also really enjoyed how she weaves in local culture and real-life context, which makes learning feel so much more grounded. Raquel is a great teacher who we had twelve months of lessons with. She's been excellent with conversation practice and teaching me vocabulary not covered in the textbooks (tax, freelancing, childbirth). She's very friendly and knows exactly when to interject and correct your grammar when you're having a conversation. Her lessons are very interactive with listening exercises and online games.
